I recently visited the Smoothie King on Tchop and had an amazing experience thanks to James and Gavin! Now I will mention this is my go to smoothie king because this is the place that always makes it right but the interaction I had with them in particular was different. The energy we kind from the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. Even though I made a small mistake with my order, James and Gavin handled everything with understanding and efficiency. My smoothie was made perfectly, unlike many other locations I’ve visited, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. They also helped me with my rewards, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Their friendly demeanor truly brightened my Saturday morning. I normally don’t write reviews, but I felt it was important to recognize the outstanding service that James and Gavin provide in the food industry. I highly recommend this location!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a smoothie king to date. The staff was awsome and one of the owners was in there making smoothies, I think his name was Al? Maybe?? Anyway dude was so positive and up beat. It made the whole experience. And the smoothie was great

Smoothies are great and staff is fast and friendly. Haven't been there in a while. New plastic cups are nice, but hope they change back to the other cup. With the new cup, it's cold to the hands and worst of all, the smoothie melts super fast.

Customer service is great with speedy service too. You can find great snacks and alternative healthy options you cant find anywhere else.
